Billy the Bomber was born very, very wealthy. He went to good schools and ate good food.
Then he went to more good schools and ate more good food.
Billy's government was in a war with bad people. Billy's government was making Billy's friends dress up in soldier outfits and blow up bad people. Billy didn't like that at all. Billy and his friends liked to pick out their own outfits. They also wanted to pick who they could blow up.
This is one of Billy's friends. Her name is Bernie. She liked to pick out her own outfits too. Billy and Bernie had lots of friends once. Billy and Bernie's friends decided to blow themselves up.
Billy was pretty smart. He figured out that the world is not fair. Billy figured out that some things were "obstacles to his full humanity", whatever that means. Billy and Bernie figured out that the women's bathroom at the Pentagon was screwing up their lives.

Billy and Bernie blew up the women's bathroom at the Pentagon together. Billy and Bernie did a lot together.
Now Billy and Bernie are old. Billy is really smart. He was so smart when he was little, that he never had to learn anything ever again. Now he teaches other little kids how to pick out their own outfits. Billy also teaches them how to "remove obstacles to their full humanity" whatever that means. Bernie found a job, too. She's a lawyer. When Billy's students do bad things to their obstacles his friend Bernie can help them stay out of jail.
